What is C.A.R.E.?

C.A.R.E. is an award program designed to recognize TASD staff members for exemplary performance in any one or more of the following areas:

● Commitment to quality service

● Attitude is always positive

● Respect for all

● Excellent work ethics

How does C.A.R.E. work?

 Anyone can award another staff member at any time for any reasons listed above.

 An individual can be nominated as often as necessary within each month.

 Campus C.A.R.E. recipients will receive a certificate of appreciation, and a campus email announcement monthly.

 One campus C.A.R.E. recipient will be chosen as District Employee of the Month. This individual will receive $50 Gift Certificate to the Go Hogs Go store, a plaque from Roger’s Trophy, and his/her picture on Facebook and on the TASD web page as Employee of the Month.

 Conducting oneself professionally, responsibly, and respectfully at all times.

 Taking pride in your work, consistently carrying out jobs and responsibilities at a high level of efficiency.

Teamwork:

 Working in unison with fellow staff members and departments to accomplish a common goal.

 Filling in for other members of the team.

Attitude:

 Fulfilling or surpassing duties with a positive attitude.
